ISLAMABAD, Feb 9 (APP): Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Parliamentarian Candidate Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur has won the election for National Assembly constituency NA-222 Badin-I by securing 1,13,916 votes.
According to the unofficial result issued by the Returning Officer/ECP, his runner-up was Grand Democratic Alliance candidate Mir Hussain Bakhsh Talpur, who bagged 67,010 votes.
Overall voters’ turn-out remained 44.86 percent.
